Brian Welch, also known as Head, is an American musician and the guitarist and founding member of the nu metal band Korn. After becoming a Christian, he left Korn in 2005 but rejoined the band in 2013. Welch and his Korn bandmate Munky were ranked among the 100 Greatest Heavy Metal Guitarists of All Time.
