Once upon a time, there was a man named Sri Aurobindo. He was a spiritual guru and a philosopher who believed in the power of yoga, meditation and self-realization. He was an advocate of a kind of spiritual evolution, which he called the Integral Yoga. One day, Sri Aurobindo was walking down the street and saw a group of people doing yoga.
