When I found the book was condemned as soon as the book was printed, or rather as soon as it was set up ready to print, I held it in plates for a year nearly, waiting to see what would come out of all this discussion.

Once upon a time there was a man named John Harvey Kellogg. He was a doctor, inventor, and health food enthusiast. He believed that a healthy diet was the key to good health and so he created the famous breakfast cereal, Corn Flakes. He was also a bit of a health nut and would often preach to his patients about the importance of exercise and a healthy diet. He was so passionate about this that he even had a special diet for his patients which included no meat, no spices, lots of plain food and lots of enemas! Despite his eccentricities, John Harvey Kellogg was an important figure in the history of nutrition and health food, and his legacy lives on in the form of the many breakfast cereals he created.
