A. J. Langer is an American actress best known for her role as Rayanne Graff on the television series My So-Called Life. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, and began her career as a model before making her acting debut in 1990. She has since appeared in a variety of films and television shows, including Freaks and Geeks, ER, The Practice, and Bones. She is also an advocate for mental health awareness and serves on the board of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
