Owen D. Youngwas an American industrialist, businessman, lawyer and diplomat at the Second Reparations Conferencein 1929, as a member of the German Reparations International Commission.
He is known for the plan to settle Germany’s World War I reparations, known as the Young Plan and for the creation of the Radio Corporation of America.
